Starting Pay: $19/hr plus

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Heroes during their shifts, ensuring a positive and productive environment
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality
• Coach and model inclusive practices that align with our mission and values
• Assist with opening/closing procedures
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide on-the-floor leadership
• Communicate effectively with store leadership about staffing, inventory, and customer feedback
• Foster a fun, safe, and supportive environment for guests and team members alike

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service required
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus—training provided
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food handlers certification preferred
• Experience working with Toast POS is a plus
