We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Heroes to join our mission of creating jobs for people with disabilities and serving joy in every scoop. Position Overview
Lee’s Summit, MO
Full-Time or Part-Time
Days, Evenings, Some Weekends
Starting Pay: $15/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
- Scoop and serve ice cream safely and consistently
- Help keep the shop clean, including tables, counters, floors, and dishes
- Work as part of a supportive team and help teammates when needed
- Ask a Shift Lead or Manager for help or clarification when unsure
- Provide excellent customer service that reflects our mission and values
- Follow food safety and cleanliness routines
- Restock supplies like napkins, cups, cones, and toppings
- Participate in a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone belongs
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow simple directions with or without support
- Enjoys being around people and working with a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No previous experience required — we provide training and support
- Food handlers certification preferred (or ability to obtain one)
